2 Cars 2 Winners: St. Francis Medical Center Foundation (St. Francis Foundation) is raising funds to benefit St. Francis Medical Center’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Level II Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and dedicated Pediatric Unit. St. Francis is the only hospital in northeast Louisiana to offer these high level services.
