Could you be related to one of the earliest settlers of Louisiana? You may be related to Jonathan Darby (1697-1775), a noted officer, author and historian, who arrived in New Orleans in 1719. To celebrate the 300th anniversary of his arrival, we are having a Darby 300 Reunion next month in New Iberia, June 21-23. We’re connecting to the over 10,000 of his descendants, and want you to be a part of this one-of-a-kind gathering. Come and join the fun! We’re having a Heritage Banquet, a Scavenger Hunt, a BBQ picnic lunch and field day, as well as a Jubilee Dinner and Dance. The reunion website is: darbyfamilyreunion.org The Facebook page is: darby300 The email address is: darby300reunion@gmail.com We’d love you to add your name to our ever growing Family Tree!
