Countdown to New Year's Eve's Eve Noon
On December 30 at 11 AM, the Children's Department at the Lincoln Parish Library will have our Countdown to New Year’s Eve's Eve Noon! We will look at the events of the past year, and when the clock strikes noon, we will celebrate with apple juice in champagne flutes and noise-makers! Don't let the kids miss their own chance to ring in the New Year, without a crazy bedtime!
