You may qualify for valuable state programs which are designed to help increase the capacity of your business. A variety of state assistance and incentives may be employed to accelerate the growth and expansion of your enterprise.
Some programs help pay for essential professional services and advisors or managerial training and coaching. Other programs provide loan guarantees, procurement opportunities, bonding assistance, market research, peer mentoring, international marketing, employee training and more. The capacity and reach of your management team can be expanded by understanding and employing these programs.
The meeting only lasts an hour. Owners who use the Small and Emerging Business Development (SEBD) Program typically gain about $1,000 in state funds per project and many experience a significant increase in sales. That’s a good return for one hour’s time.
Most businesses headquartered in Louisiana are eligible for state funded business development and capacity building initiatives.
The Louisiana Tech University Technology Business Development Center (TBDC) and Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce will present an overview of these resources at the Chamber office on Wednesday, February 7, from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
